Mcdonough, Georgia Military Wedding with Classic Southern Flair

Rob and Katie chose the beautiful Hazelhurst House in the charming town of McDonough, Georgia, just south of Atlanta. The Hazelhurst House has a classic Southern plantation home feel, lush gardens, and abundant historic charm, making it a fantastic wedding venue!

I first met Rob and Katie on the beach in St. Augustine, Florida when I helped Rob plan his proposal to Katie and photographed this cherished moment! It was an honor to be part of this lovely couple's engagement, and when they asked me to make the road trip to McDonough to be part of their big day, I was thrilled. It is a very special privilege to be part of not one but two of the most significant moments in a couple's life together!

The weather could not have been more perfect on Katie and Rob's wedding day, and it was an outstanding day! They exchanged vows in the gardens at Hazelhurst House. After passing through the traditional sword arch and taking some family photos, they celebrated into the night with friends and family!
