Rainbows, Sunshine and Love - a St. Augustine Beach Elopement

A beautiful Elopement: Tina and Wayne recently eloped on the beach directly behind the Beachcomber Cottages on Vilano Beach. We had just started a live Facebook feed for distant family and friends to watch when the afternoon sky opened up. So we pivoted our efforts and did cake and a toast on the covered patio while the brief shower passed. Soon we were rewarded for our optimism with an unbelievable rainbow, so we hit the beach for a few photos before Tina and Wayne exchanged their vows in the sunshine as a Florida afternoon storm rolled out to sea. We captured some images and videos as they danced in the sand, and then we made our way downtown for them to get some photos on the famous Magnolia Avenue. We ended our session with the sunset over the historic Castillo De San Marcos, and the newlyweds went to dinner in downtown St. Augustine.
